Team and governance

She has an academic background in economics and law. She holds a bachelor’s degree in World Economy from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and a master’s degree in Economics from Maksut Narikbayev University (MNU), and earned a second higher-education degree in Law from Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University (KazNPU). Her in-depth knowledge of the global economy, macroeconomic analysis and legal regulation enables her to lead the operations, legal strategy and institutional development of Public Foundation “Central Asians for Animals” (CAFA) effectively.

She holds a Master of Public Policy and Economics (MPP) from Hitotsubashi University (Japan) and a bachelor’s degree in finance. She has 13 years of professional experience in the financial and banking sectors, including a senior post as head of the project planning and implementation monitoring department, as well as roles as chief economist and auditor at the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic. She is a certified trainer in client communication and business games. At Public Foundation “Central Asians for Animals” (CAFA), she is responsible for international fundraising, strategic partnerships with donors and resourcing the organisation’s key programmes.
